Coming up this Sunday, May 26th at 10am is the Trestle Honey Badger ride. It starts and finishes at the historic church in Hilt right next to the old Fruitgrowers Mill. A quick down and dirty on the ride is that it climbs the old rail bed of the narrow gauge railroad the Fruitgrowers used to haul logs of of the woods to make the boxes that fruit was shipped in. Railroad grade is an average of 2-2.5% gradient, so its super gentle and doable for most fitness levels.
